Called Likembe in Lingala(a language spoken in the Democratic Republic of Congo). It is made of wood and metal.  The player holds it with the two hands and uses the 2 thumbs to play the Likembe.  The makes different sounds similar to a guitad. it plays a key role in entertainment.  It is mainly used by Griot to sing the praises to an important person.

Cet instrument musical est appele Likeme en Lingala(langue parlee en Republique Democratique du Congo). C'est fait du bois et du metal.
